Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Zboune collects and why. We collect as little as possible.

Sellers

What: email, password (encrypted — we cannot read it), shop name, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, products, photos, delivery settings and orders.
Why: to run your shop, show it to your customers, and contact you about your account and payments.

Customers who order

What: name, phone number, delivery address, optional note and the items ordered.
Why: only so the seller can confirm and deliver the order. This data is visible to that seller and to Zboune, nobody else.
Your browser may remember your details (on your device only) to fill the next order faster.

Visit statistics

When someone opens a shop or a product, we record an anonymous visit (no name, no IP address stored) so the seller can see how many people visit. On our own website we may use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads.

Who processes the data

Supabase (database, accounts and photos — servers in the European Union).
Cloudflare (website hosting).
WhatsApp / Meta when you choose to send a message.

We never sell personal data.

How long

Data is kept while the shop exists. When a seller deletes their account, their shop, products and orders are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
